Help Children’s Education in Fiji

Hi Fam,

Most of you guys know that I’m half Fijian and Australian and brought up in Sydney. COVID-19 has definitely impacted us in so many ways; such as emotionally, physically and Mentally and it’s effecting our day to day lives.

I’m creating a Go-Fund me page because my heart breaks for the teachers and children in Fiji right now. The Kids in Fiji are definitely finding it hard to learn and especially everything Is being online and 80% of the children and families don’t have phones/iPads or computers to get involved.

My heart cry’s out for the kids in Fiji because they are eager to learn and would seriously walk miles to find a computer shop to do zoom classes just to achieve their dreams. There are many people would question this and say “why isn’t the government doing anything it!” But sadly to say Fiji as a whole is a struggling country as it is and a lot of you guys been to Fiji and witness how it’s actually is.

My goal is $500 and when i reach this goal I’m going to reach out to schools in the islands (as they are getting hit the most) and speak to the principals and teachers to see where we can invest this money. This money might be invested in Stationary,Technology or Transport, what ever it takes to get kids to school and this would be make my heart full.
