Help Children's Dream Primary Build Classrooms

The school is fundraising money to build more classrooms.

This heart based Non for profit school supports underprivileged children whose parents cannot afford to pay for their education

The vision to start the school was born after the 2010 earthquakes devastated the country.

Many children lost their parents and their communities were challenged by economic crisis.

Locals came together to look at ways they could support their community.

In 2012 they began to build the Childhood Dreams Primary School in Haiti and built 3 classrooms. The non-for-profit school who focuses on heart based education is a success and in 2017 another 3 classrooms were built.

The school now educates over 225 children. The 6 classrooms are no longer big enough to accommodate the growing number of children wanting an education.

The schools 5 committee members, supported by its 8 teachers are fundraising to build another two classrooms.

The committee were recently given more land to expand their facilities. The construction cost in total adds up to $4,000 which will help the community to buy 200 bags of cement, 2 tones of iron, 1250 bricks and wages for some of the workers. Many of the parents are donating their time and physical strength to help with the building.
