Help Chef & Veteran Patrick Start a Food Truck!

First and foremost above being a husband, father, and friend- I am a man living to serve God, my family, and my country. As an Army Veteran who has faced many days that seem to be among the darkest I have seen- nothing is worse than seeing those in our own backyard suffering, hurting, and lost.
Over the past several years, God has stirred in my heart the desire to do more, give more, and be more. He has given me the culinary gift to be a chef in many up class and outstanding restaurants and establishments around the Grand Strand area in Myrtle Beach and it has been an honor.
Over the past year, God has stirred in me the desire to take my gifts to those that may not be as easily accessible to these types of meals. Through different ministries I have worked with in this community and seeing first hand since this pandemic has swept across our nation- many are lost and hurting and in search of something. Food is a comfort that can- even if momentarily- bring a sense of security and joy. I want to bring that to others!
This food truck will be a way to make this happen. I am excited to start this journey of bringing delicious up class dishes to those around our city and state. Not only will I be serving in public places but I will be going into neighborhoods that some have forgotten and serving meals and spreading love as a blessing to others to let them know they are worthy. This truck will humbly give a minimum of 25% back to local charities and non-profits in our community so that they may also continue to show love to our neighbors and share the light of Jesus to others who are lost.
The money raised from this fundraiser will be used to purchase a fully equipped food truck and assist with the up front operational expenses that go on behind the scenes when setting up a new business. My goal is to have the truck running by August 1, 2020. Your support is hard to put into words for me. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing not only in me but more importantly the mission behind the truck.
