Help Charlie pull her tooth!

We need help paying for a tooth extraction. With this pandemic and also having three kids to take care of, it has been difficult for us to come up with the money for my wife, Charlene (aka Charlie), to get her tooth pulled. It has been causing her tremendous amounts of pain and a good amount of swelling (as you can see above). We have gone to 4 different dentist to get it extracted and we have been told, that she needs to be put to sleep for them to be able to pull it out. Her insurance covers the procedure, however, it does not cover the cost for the anesthesia. She has an appointment set for January 7th to get it pulled but, if we cannot come up with the $500 for the anesthesia, they will not proceed with the extraction. Please, every penny helps.
