Help Cass & her family recover from house flood!

My sister Cass had a water main break in her kitchen this weekend, flooding the entire house, including the basement. She needs some help covering some of the expenses that her insurance won't cover, the hotel she and her kids are having to stay in while they repair her house, the insurance deductible she has to pay before coverage begins, and food/meals for her family. She could really use help.

 

If you know Cass, you know that she is as strong as they come (and my personal hero). If you don't know Cass, she is a nurse, a single mom of four amazing kids, a lover of animals, and a caretaker of basically anyone who crosses her path. This flood is just the last of so many difficult situations she has tackled on her own these past few years (only one or two of which would have taken down most people) and I'm hoping we can take a tiny amount of the huge burden she has to carry off her shoulders.

 

Even the smallest donation will help her and her family get back on their feet. They had to leave their house with just the clothes on their backs and right now their priority is paying for a big enough place for all of them to stay and figuring out transportation to and from work and school. They also need help with money for food/meals, since they don't have a kitchen to cook in at the moment.
