Help caring for a sick mother

My mother was recently told by her doctor that she has cv19. She isn't able to get insurance thru DES and with her being out of work along with my fiance and I also having no work due to the virus, her bills are very hard to pay for plus rent and just normal living expenses. Plz help if you can
