Help . Car accsident . Need operation

Hello , my puppy named Myra was hited by the car today . Now she need back operation . She will be just 4 month tomorow . I whant to do all the best to help her . Please if anybody can help me , vet bils are wery high . Insurance covering just half . It will cost about 60 000 norwegian krones . I will update with vet bils . Now she is in clinic .
