I’ve been a dedicated Uber and delivery driver in the Santa Fe area for seven years, and I truly love what I do. My work allows me to spend my days with my 20-year-old wiener dog, and I take pride in being a reliable part of this community. Recently, I faced a major setback when my brakes locked up, causing me to hit a curb. This accident left me with a bent lower control arm, damaged back brakes, two flat tires, and a bent rim. The repairs needed are urgent and, unfortunately, more than I can afford right now.

This situation has left me unable to work, which means I’ve lost out on all of my Christmas wages and am struggling to support myself and my beloved pet. I know many of my coworkers and regular customers are wondering where I am, and it’s hard not to feel overwhelmed by the stress of it all.
