Help Byron Families, Farms, Entrepreneurs Rebuild

Our beloved Northern Rivers has experienced record floods the past few days, and many parts are still underwater.

 

There are many funds set up to help the community rebuild and it will take ALL of the generosity and support for people to rebuild their lives.

 

Please donate as much as you can to rescue and rebuild the indigenous communities, the elderly, families whose houses have washed away, restoring essential services and businesses including food and clean water, and animal rescue services. There are a lot of bases to cover and so many people will slip through the cracks in the relief efforts, insurance claims, and huge undertaking to rebuild lives. After the stress and strain of the past few years, some people will struggle to find the will.

 

This fund is for people who might otherwise slip through those cracks. For mothers who need birthing support, families who need beds, elderly who need everything! For farmers who lost their crops, farmers who feed this magic country, for those who live in their vans, for those who won't ask, for those who don't know how to ask, for those who can barely go on.
