Help Build A Mosque In My Fathers Name

The Prophet (PBUH) said:

“The Charity you give will be your shade on the day of judgement”

 

Asalaamu Aalaikum, This GoFundMe has been set up for all my brothers and sisters who would like to help and contribute towards building a mosque in my loving fathers name. 

My beloved Father Mohammed Jama Ismail also known as Haji Mohammed, from Somalia passed away peacefully at our home in Cardiff with all his family around him on the 9th September 2021 (May Allah (SWT) grant him forgiveness, goodness and Jannatul Firdaus Ameen). My Father was such a lovely person, he always reached his hands out to help people no matter what it was, he had a heart of gold and always put other’s happiness before his own.

 

In order to benefit him in his akhirah, our goal is to build him a Masjid InshAllah wherever it is most needed around the world. Reaching our target would allow us to bring this idea to life and it would mean the world if everyone could try make a contribution no matter how big or how small it is as every little helps. May you all be rewarded InshAllah.

 

Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, when a person passes away, all his actions terminate but three:

 

 

 

 

 

 

May Allah (SWT) have mercy on my Father, may He forgive all his sins, may He triple all his good deeds, may He widen and flooden his grave with Noor, may He make him amongst those who receive their book on the right hand and may He grant our Father the highest ranks of Jannah. Ameen ya Rabb.

 

The Prophet (PBUH) said, ‘The believer’s shade on the Day of Resurrection will be his charity.’ [Tirmidhi]

 

On top of this, every time you give charity which removes someone’s discomfort, Allah (SWT) will reward you for your compassion by removing one of your discomforts in the next life:

‘Whoever brought his (Muslim) brother out of a discomfort, Allah (SWT) will bring him out of the discomforts of the Day of Resurrection.’ (Bukhari)
