Help Buddha fight cancer

On April  15, 2021 we rushed our pit bull Buddha  to the vet because we could not stop bleeding that was coming from his genital area and belly. When we got to the vets office and they assessed him they let us know that he would be needing surgery as soon as possible. The reason Buddha wouldn’t stop bleeding is because one of his tumors (which we did not know where tumors, we thought they were skin tags) had burst his belly is covered in blood tumors which the vet said that will continue to grow and they’re really hard to stop bleeding so we need to remove them because of such high risk of infection and other complications.
 Buddha has been a part of my life for nine years now, he was my emotional service dog until he was seven, when I retired him. He is the most loving dog ever and I cannot imagine my life without him so soon. He has been there with me through all my emotional highs and lows he’s been there through my health struggles and surgeries. He deserves the very best and unfortunately at this moment I cannot afford to give him that. So from the bottom of my heart I’m asking for any thing you can spare even if it’s $.10 anything helps. Please help me get Buddhist surgery .
