Help bring the Chief back

With saddened hearts, we regret to inform that our beloved Father, Boniface De Souza, who came to Canada to visit his children and grandchildren, passed away on February 11, 2017, in Alexandria, Canada. He is survived by his wife, his seven children, and eight grandchildren. As a man with a generous heart who loved to help and to give, Dad accomplished a lot of great deeds including the creation in Kodjoviakopé Lomé, Togo, of a dispensary (health care clinic) to provide healthcare to the needy, the setting up a house for orphans and widows to live in for free, as well as the giving of a parcel of land to a church to build on and worship God.
When Dad got ill and passed away in his sleep, it became important to repatriate his remains for a burial in Togo.
However, the costs from the two funeral homes involved, one for the administration in Alexandria and one for the repatriation in Togo, quickly spiked to $15,400. Very generous souls offered financial help, and there is still a way to go. We are asking for your help and support in this perilous time.
