Season, the daughter of Cal and Anne Archer grew up in Spokane and if you ever met her you know what an amazing person she was. Season is the mother of 5 beautiful children ranging in age from 7-18. Season moved out of Spokane and has spent time in Wisconsin, Texas and Iowa over the last 9 years or so.
Season was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2016 fought a hard battle and was in remission until the cancer metastasized to her brain and was discovered in the last couple months. Season had surgery on March 12th to remove the brain tumor. Initially we were told that we had 9 moths to a year If her body regained strength and she started chemo. Unfortunately Season took a drastic and very unexpected turn for the worse on March 23rd when she went into cardiac arrest and was placed on a ventilator. When the doctors told her family she would not regain consciousness they made the difficult decision to remove her from life support on March 25th.
Season made it known to all who she communicated with on a regular basis that she always wanted to move back to Spokane. Season’s last wish was to be buried in Spokane and this is the desire of her children as well. We are asking for help because unfortunately the policy that was in place was an accidental death policy and does not cover funeral expenses. This was not discovered until it was too late. The funds raised will be used to pay for Season to be flown to Spokane. They will purchase a plot, and marker for the gravesite.
If there are any funds left over they will be put into an account to support her children that are left without their momma. Even if you can’t help financially I beg you to please share so we can grant this amazing woman her one last wish.
An account has been set up with Spokane Teachers Credit Union for those that would like to donate you can go into any branch and tell them you want to donate to the Season Archer-Rogers Benefit Fund.
