I’m Hillary Leftwich, author of Saint Dymphna’s Playbook, and I’m organizing my first out of state book tour this summer to bring the work into spaces that need it most.

Saint Dymphna’s Playbook is a hybrid collection—part spell book, part survivor’s testimony—that speaks directly to violence against women, bodily autonomy, mental illness, inherited trauma, and the power of surviving out loud. These are stories the world often tries to erase. This book refuses that.

June 27 – American Grammar, Philadelphia

This is an independently organized tour with no institutional backing. I have paid for my box of author book copies and the cover art for the book out of pocket, and am hoping to raise funds to bring this book to NYC and Philly--an absolute dream--where I can share words with those who might be needing the connection the most.
