Help Brian Become Dr. Price

From an early age, Brian has always been an adventurous and curious person. In fact, 21 years ago while attending Houston Christian University , his adventurous and curious spirit led him to participate in the school's first Missions Learning Trip. His interest to sign up was piqued by the trip's focus on learning about the history and culture of the people of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

This trip and a return trip the following year were pivotal moments in Brian's life. His worldview expanded as he engaged theologians, professors, and citizens regarding Argentina's often painful history, collapsing economy, and overall way of life. What he learned most is that even through struggle, the way people overcome adversity is by living a life of love and service in community.

Taking what he learned from the people of Argentina, Brian's love of learning and serving others has only grown. He is now in his 17th year as a Spanish teacher and serves in his church community, Ecclesia Houston. Each area of service benefits the other in profound ways.

Thus, in order to best serve both his school and faith communities, Brian is pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Youth, Family, and Culture from Fuller Theological Seminary. After completing his Master's of Divinity with a 3.5 GPA, he knows this is the next right step. You can help him make this a reality by making a donation to cover the cost of tuition.
