Help Brave Dev Fight Cancer

Please help us support 3-year-old Dev, a young boy with a bright future who needs our love, strength and support to face up to his battle with cancer. We are raising money for his family to ensure he receives the best possible care and to cover expenses so his hard-working parents can concentrate on supporting their son through his treatment. Dev’s family appreciates your support and anyway you can share this fundraiser through social media to help give Dev and his family a future to look forward to. Dev’s Story Dev has always been an energetic, loving child and grandchild with a wonderful appetite. He showed no symptoms until in April 2020, an enlarged lymph gland led doctors to conduct investigations and detailed scans at the hospital. Suspicions were confirmed when the results of a biopsy showed a solid tumour, which was subsequently diagnosed as Stage 4 Neuroblastoma. This diagnosis was made days after his 3rd birthday, which he unfortunately spent at the hospital. Dev is soon to be a big brother, as his mum is 5 months pregnant with the family’s second child who is due to be born in August 2020. How you can help Both Dev’s mum and dad, Mr and Mrs Santosh Payal, who have always been hard working professionals, will need to support Dev as well as the newest member of their family. All contributions made will go towards ensuring that bills and living expenses for their family home can be met to see them through this difficult time. We have set ourselves a target after reviewing their current financial situation and eligible financial assistance. Please note: Any surplus funds from this campaign will be donated to The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, where Dev is currently being looked after.
