Help Brandon Pay Off Car Accident Bills

9/20/2020 my brother had a very bad car accident on rte 33 coming down elkton he lost control of his vehicle and flipped once then  flew all the way down into a deep ditch miraculously he only walked away with a few scratches and bruises but now the problem is his insurance only wants to cover $100 of all the expenses keep in mind my brother is also attending PVCC and he’s paying for his college so right now that was not what he needed he’s not asking for a new car or anything but if anyone could help him in paying hospital bills and towing truck bill etc . He just had to pay his semester not too long ago and well college isn’t cheap ! The one thing that bugs me most is that he was paying $250 a month for car insurance just for them to cover only $100 ... anything that is donated is greatly appreciated!! Thank you sm !!
