Help Bola's Family

Bola, was a friend with a big smile and personality that filled the room. He was a brother in the faith and a part of our Church family.  He died in an altercation with border services while being deported. Little is known about how this happened except that his refugee claim had been denied after 13 years of trying.  Now his wife and two children in Nigeria are left without support and without answers. Bola would do anything to help someone in need, now I want to do something to help his family.  His family, who have not seen him in over 13 years, would like one last chance to say good bye.   I'm raising money to cover the cost of transporting Bola's body home for burial and other related expenses.   In doing this we would provide some closure for the family and support them in their grief.   Thank you for considering this appeal.    If you are able to help, in even a small way, it will go a long way to letting Bola's widow know Canada cares.   These funds will be used for funeral and related expenses such as transportation costs of the deceased.
