Funding for Immigration lawyer

Donation protected

TL;DR: The fight for freedom continues on. Its been a year since i was profiled and wrongfully arrested. I left America with the hopes of living a peaceful life. But before i am able, I need help with funding for an immigration lawyer. The lawyer’s price to work with me is €10000($11,872.25). I tried to go the free refugee route but the process is more suited for people with different circumstances(details below). I need a lawyer because, the 3rd party company that I’m forced to work with is not effective or capable of working in my interests given my circumstances(details below). I was met with incompetence every step of the process. The company is in a weird place because they are not government. So really all they could do is give me public information. They work with government—mostly with people who cant speak english/german, or don’t have a place to live and are force to surrender their rights in compliance.

To all who cares,

As most of you know I left America because of the looming fallacious charges i am forced to confront in front of a southern traditional—most likely racist jury. I came to Berlin with a plan to seek asylum with the German government Under EU asylum laws. I tried to go the free asylum camp for refugees route, but the system they have in place is — to be frank —dehumanizing. First off I want to start by saying, I am extremely grateful for everything that has been done up until this point. Thanks to all who are still supporting. It saddens me see human rights neglected at the camp. To these people this process is a job but for me its freedom or detainment. I’m exhausted by the lies, incompetence, and convoluted gordian bureaucracy.

Lies & incompetence

I’ve been exploited by the council I’ve been forced to answer to on every small request. I have not yet been able to speak with anybody who understands the rules of asylum and who has the ability to help. The Counselling Center for Refugees is the group that’s supposed to keep my innate rights intact. I was told by 4 people that “everybody traveling to this country must quarantine for 14 days”. When I ask for official documents stating why (since I’ve been here for two weeks already), to clarify for my job, the two Borus workers said “this is just the way it is, these are the rules”. The third and fourth person from the counselors’ group told me it was a “government regulation”. So I go to the German Ministry Of Health official sites and read all pages concerning quarantine for vaccinated people. I only found out that the CDC has identical rules on vaccinations. I was not required to quarantine by the rules/german government or anybody else for that matter. As I’m reading the official documents on my own on the 11th day somebody finally comes to take me out of quarantine to say that i didn’t have to do it in the first place. I think we all can agree that holding humans against their will is a human rights violation. Im forced to intrust these people with my freedom because i dont have a lawyer. I spent 11 days in a questionable quarantine —I take a bit blame for allowing it because I should’ve known better. I thought I was being nice by not speaking out as much. All it did was bring me 3 days before my interview with nothing that I was promised. I was sold a dream of “wait you will talk with people who can help you”. I found it concerning because my problems are considerably simple to fix, yet I still had to sit around in an arbitrary and contrived quarantine with no way out. These are the people that I am supposed to let speak on my behalf. I have completely lost trust in them and I can’t reasonably let them speak for me anymore. For whatever reason, they choose not to help me; I simply can’t submit myself to the mercy of an incompetent 3rd party information group parading as counsel. I can only obtain a lawyer in Berlin by my own means because that is the only way my unique circumstances can be conveyed to the German government.

Convoluted Gordian Bureaucracy

The bureaucratic nightmare underway is —simply ridiculous. It is this way because most people who apply for asylum can’t read or write, so some (any) form of help is necessary. 3rd party help shouldn’t have to be a requirement, it should be a choice. For example, the process of getting permission to leave camp is one which highlights the Gordian bureaucracy I’m talking about. I applied for permission to leave in order to put all my property in storage and speak with a lawyer in Berlin. First you have to speak with a representative from the Counselling Center for Refugees. Then they give you a piece of paper (half the size of a normal sheet) to detail why you need permission to travel. One of the lines is for your name, so that leaves you with a space large enough for a little over 5 words to detail your reasons for needing to temporarily leave camp. Secondly they take the “paperwork” and compose an “email on behalf of the applying refugee. Send it to the office next door where they decide if you can leave for 24 hours or not.” This process can take up to 3-5 days. They don’t even let you read what they compose. I had to buy my own ticket and the train ride was 12 hours, there was not enough room for me to detail that in the request form. So now i was 12 hours away from all my belongings and friends, basically detained because i was told I couldn’t leave by countless security guards(even though my visa still had 65 days on it). The interview, that decides if i could stay or not, at the time was in 3 days. I remind you I spent 11 days doing nothing and 9 days w/o wifi or any ability to talk with counselors. This is because the 2 counselors I spoke to previously, thought I had to quarantine so they ignored my request and never returned any of my phone calls. So when i finally talked with them, i was told they wouldn’t pay for a lawyer they would only read the asylum laws(that i already read before coming to the country) to me. This was extremely infuriating because i had been promised that this group would help me obtain a lawyer. Having a immigration lawyer for this process is essential. The difference is basically if you dont have a lawyer you have to live in a guarded refugee camp 350 miles away from Berlin, that you have to ask permission to leave. With lawyer i get to live wherever i want. The generic makeup of this process isn’t right for everyone. Germany had a diversity problem in general but its especially bad in the south. The (EU asylum law) states I don’t have to stay in the asylum camp to wait for documents if I have a lawyer who will receive legal documents on my behalf. To this point it has been made nearly impossible for me to get a lawyer mostly because of the remote place they sent me. I don’t speak Deutsch, and all the English-speaking lawyers I spoke with are 300+ miles away in the city through which I came to this country (Berlin). My phone has been out of data since the 1st day I was sent to the ornamental quarantine —oddly the wifi didn’t work there. I also cannot be forced to interview w/o a lawyer; I am entitled to have my interview rescheduled w/o penalty, if I don't feel comfortable with their translator speaking for me. Please help make me german. Thanks to all who read, and those who repost

P.S. all my legal documents are being sent to this camp, ie my passport, birth certificate, drivers license, and medical records. I also have no valid form of identification other than photos and paper copies because all my documents are in the hands of the german gov.
