For the past several months, I’ve been caring for a growing number of stray cats in my neighborhood. With local animal shelters full and unable to take them in, I couldn’t turn my back on these animals. Every day, I make sure they have enough food and a safe place to sleep at night in my shop, away from the dangers of the street and predators.

While I’m grateful to be able to help, the costs have started to add up. Feeding so many cats each day has made it difficult to keep up with my own monthly bills. I’m also working to get as many of them spayed and neutered as possible, so we can help control the stray population and give these cats a better future. The expenses for food and vet care are more than I can manage alone.
