Help Big Al keep his house

Big Al needs our help! Al's house is set to go to Sheriff's sale at the end of September despite his efforts to pay back taxes through a monthly payment plan.  Al has lived in this home since boyhood and can't imagine going anywhere else.  If you've been to Al's place for the Spring Classics, for bicycle maintenance at his service course or just to share some driveway sun with Al you understand what a special place it is. Any help you can give would be much appreciated.
