Help Betty get admitted to Hospital

This is my amazing, undeniably lovable and sweet dog, Betty. She is 6 years old,  and has had a tough go at life for the last few months.
We were homeless for a while, and are a few months , about a year back on our feet now, Thank God above, and my husband for working his tail off to get us put back together.
Betty has since developed pancreatitis, and a severe case of pneumonia. Pancreatitis is a pretty painful issue, and we are devastated that our baby is going through this. I'm broken listening to her breathe heavily and cough. Its killing me. 
We have spent everything we have been able to pull from savings, 876 $ so far. It's really ALL we have. 
What Betty needs according to the veterinarian is about a week stay at the emergency room ICU, for rushed/forced IV fluids for hydration which is the best thing to fight the pancreatitis,  and she needs pain management. We currently have Betty home on medication, but she is not doing well at all since she came home Thanksgiving. Im asking if anyone has it in their hearts, to donate towards my sweet Betty.  Even 50 cents from anyone out there in the world will help! Please, I'm desperate.
