Help Bethany get to treatment!

After months and months of fighting, I’ve been given a miracle, the chance for treatment. Residential treatment at Kellerlife treatment center for eating disorders in Arizona.
Its been a whirlwind few hours. This morning I called and talked with them, and within 2 hours they told me my care is covered and they want me there MONDAY. 3 days from now. I am at less than $100 in my bank account since I’ve been in and out of the hospital, and so I am scrambling to figure out how to just cover airfare and my bills while I’m in treatment for 45 days.
I desperately want my life back. I can’t belive after all this fighting I might have that chance.
Airfair looks to be $300 at least. I’m hoping to raise enough I’ll be able to cover my travel there Monday, but also travel back eventually. Also, I’ll need to have about $200/month for bills. They say I shouldn’t need more than $100 spending money while I’m there.
If I raise any extra, I’m hoping to be able to have one of my parents (or both) fly out for family week.
I may may never get this chance again. Please help if you can (but I understand if you can’t!!).
