Help Ben P. & His Family

As many of you may know Ben was involved in a terrible head on collision this past Monday. The first responder said he crawled out of the vehicle, an unbelievable feat considering his injuries: shattered shins, shattered heel, collapsed lung, broken knee, broken arm, three broken ribs. He is lucky to be alive.

Ben is currently in hospital in Halifax and undergoing multiple surgeries. He and his family need our help now. 

Ben is such a valued and important part of our community here in Antigonish. He is front of house manager at a local eatery and his wife Emily owns and operates a small business. Emily is having to take a step back from her work for some time in order to focus on Ben's recovery.

Let's pull together so that financial stresses are one less thing they have to deal with during this difficult and scary time. Donated funds will go towards medical supplies and equipment for Ben such as braces, travel expenses back and forth between Antigonish and Halifax, child care, immediate expenses and bills, food...
