My name is Belle Jean and I’m passionate about communications. I obtained my degree in Social Communication at the Faculty of Letters and Humanities at “Université Notre Dame D’Haiti”.
I went on to working in the domain with several local companies in Haiti’s private sector. The work I’ve has given me to opportunity to comprehend certain obstacles and strengths we have in the communication industry of the country.
Today I would like to further my studies in order to help improve this industry that has been taken for granted in our country. Many of the crisis we are facing now and have faced before could have been avoided through adequate communication methods. Unfortunately opportunities to further my studies are limited in Haiti. This is why I had applied for a Master’s Degree at the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium and I was accepted!
Therefore why I am here today asking for your contribution. I do not have the funds to cover the entirety of the costs of the flights, tuition, and accommodation.
Your help would not only allow me to make my dream of contributing to the advancement of the country come true through introducing new ideas into our communication world. Your help will also set an example for the generations after me, it will show them that anything can be possible if we fight for it.
