Help bella boo

My niece Bella was in a sledding accident on 2/17. She went down the hill and we went running after her. I found her unconscious and we rushed her up the hill and called 911. They life flighted her to Dartmouth. Her skull is fractured in multiple spots. She has a fractured jaw as well and a neck injury. Possible broken collar bone and shoulder. Her liver is bruised. She has a small bleed in her head. It’s going to be a long road of recovery and I want to do everything I can to help my niece and sister. Any little bit helps and we appreciate all the love and support.
