Help Banks Lane Infants reflective garden
Last night Banks Lane Infants school, Stockport was subject to a heartless and disgraceful act of vandalism.
Vandals broke into the school grounds and smashed windows and skylights, ripped up the school phone lines and smashed and wrecked the children’s reflective garden.
This garden was a place of calm which all of the children loved. They used it daily for activities and quiet time is needed. It is such an invaluable space. The staff and children are devastated. They don’t understand why anybody would target their school and their belongings like this.
The garden has been built up over time and and although it can’t be brought back to how it was over night, this fundraiser is to help fund the fixing of the garden and for the children to be able to use it again as quickly as possible.
