Help Bailey Hear You and the World Around Her!

Meet Bailey! A kind and smart Lab mix recently saved from a kill shelter. Bailey was found wondering the streets of a downtown Columbia. It’s amazing she even made it walking around with traffic as Bailey has tumors in both ear canals blocking her ability to hear. That probably the reason she was abandoned. So sad!
I recently took Bailey to the veterinarian and learned that this type of tumor impacts her quality of life in a big way. In addition to hearing impacts, the tumors cause discomfort and constant head shaking. The tumors also cause painful ear infections that cannot clear. This is not the life that I want for Bailey.
So what’s the plan? To fund surgery for Bailey! This type of surgery can usually cost up to $2000 per ear. Thanks to a great local vet, we have been able to get the surgery fees lowered, but I still need your help. I am a college student and since Covid 19 my part-time job/work schedule has been impacted. Would you consider helping Bailey hear? We need to raise $2000 to cover the surgery and post surgery medical expenses.
I would like to challenge all dog lovers and students/alumni from The University of South Carolina. Every donation will make a difference and help us get Bailey healed and happy.
