Help Ashleigh kick cancers ass!

Please help me help my baby sister kick cancers butt!!!
meet Ashleigh Thompson. 24 years of age battling stage 4 ovarian cancer. Her journey started nearly a year ago, March 16 2020. Her beautiful fiancé took her to the emergency room with suspected food poisoning within two hour their worlds and futures both came crashing down, after an abdominal scan revealed two sizeable tumours in Ashleighs pelvis. When the doctors presented their finding Ashleigh was optimistic in saying they were just cysts as she had previously suffered from PCOS, the doctors looked her in the eyes and said “these are not cysts, we are certain of that. We will need to do further testing but the masses look to be milignant”. A word no 23 year old at the time, should ever hear. What followed was nothin short of a horror story. They preformed abdominal surgery to take some biopsy’s of her tumours, what they found was a deadly septic abdomen. The tumours had perforated her bowel causing a deadly infection, they removed 5 litres of infectious fluid on the table. She had to beat the infection first. After beating the infection it was confirmed she was suffering from stage 4 serous carcinoma, ovarian cancer that had spread to the surrounding areas of her reproductive organs and bowel. She then made the heart breaking decision to have a hysterectomy along with the debulking of other organs. August 2020, she went under the knife to have life saving surgery, what was removed was a surprise to her and the surgeons, she under went a full hysterectomy

Full removal of her spleen
full removal of her Gaul bladder
partial removal of her stomach
partial removal of her diaphragm 
removal of her peritoneal cover 
and some more I can’t remember. 

after months of recovery and one remission test things were looking up until April 2021 where Ashleigh got the devastating news that after two rounds of chemo, which she had serious anaphylactic reactions to each time, and a major surgery removing every organ they could, the cancer had returned. In her liver with some nodules in her pelvis. The walls in the room started to crumble inand everybody’s life was crushed again. The words ‘incurable’ were used to describe her cancer this time. 

going forward she is on a cancer management plan, trying to whoop this cancer into submission for as long as possible. 

so I am asking for your help, to help Ashleigh and Andrew live what time they have left with a little less stress. I’m trying to raise asmuch money as I can so they don’t have to worry about the cost of medication, their next rent or electricity bill and just maybe they might be able to take a 5 day holiday to finally have a honeymoon they couldn’t have due to Ashleighs treatment schedule. Anything you can give, big or small would truly make the world of difference to us and our family. We are humbled and grateful for every bit of support we have received and continue to receive from everyone around us. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts x
