Help Army Vet Nedra and her son Caleb move.

Hi, I'm Angie and I'm fundraising for my cousin Nedra Brantley. Nedra is a disabled veteran living in Washington, DC with her nine year old son Caleb, who has Autism. On Sunday, November 14, 2021, Nedra woke up to her car having been vandalized overnight. The car was totally trashed by the assailant(s) who spray painted Mike is a cheater on her car. They even spray painted over her disabled veteran's tags. Nedra isn't dating anyone. She's never dated anyone named Mike. She doesn't even know the Mike in question. Whoever vandalized the car mistakenly thought it belonged to this Mike person. After Nedra's story went viral, the assailants came back to the house and threw two bricks through her son’s window. By the grace of God, her son wasn't in there at the time since one of the bricks landed on his bed. Since the vandalism, Caleb had been too scared to sleep in his room and has been sleeping in Nedra's room. If he had been in his room, one of the bricks would’ve landed on his head. The bricks had notes attached to them stating the assailant(s) were watching Nedra and Caleb and stalking them. Nedra is afraid for hers and her son's life.

Nedra and Caleb need to move to a safer location. After being unemployed for the last few months, Nedra recently got a new job. Unfortunately, she still doesn't have enough money for her car insurance deductible, moving expenses, deposit, and a couple months’ rent. No one should live in fear because of a mistaken identity.
