Help Armand with expenses

Hi, my name is Lori and I am fundraising on behalf of Armand. Armand has lived in the same apartment building for 20 years and he has only been with three landlords, me being the current one. His apartment was ruined by water damage because vandals broke into the apartment above him and left the water on, damaging his apartment as well as the entire building. Armand is now displaced until repairs are made . He is being helped by the Salvation Army with emergency housing, yet he will need additional help in replacing things that were destroyed . He is in need of a new mattress & bed frame, a new couch, a new refrigerator, stove and restocking his groceries since his kitchen was completely flooded with water. He will also needed new bathroom towels and his toiletries replaced . Any donation amount would help get him back on track. Thank you!
