We are heartbroken to share that our beloved friend and porter, Anthony, recently experienced a devastating loss—the sudden passing of his partner, the mother of his young son. As a dedicated father and a kind, steady presence in our building, Anthony has always gone above and beyond for the residents of 152 East 94th Street.

As a community, we want to do what we can to ease the financial strain and show our support during this incredibly difficult time.
