Help Annora's fight with cancer

Donation protected
I am setting up this Go fund me for my Granddaughter Annora. 12 days before her 1st birthday she was diagnosed with Retinoblastom. Retinoblastoma is a rare cancer of the eye. There are 300 cases diagnosed in the US a year!

I am trying to help raise money to help with added medical bills and loss of wages as Annora has many appointments and Chemotherapy treatments. Annora's  mom and dad need to be focused on helping her beat this cancer and not worried about if their bills are going to get payed on time and how they are going to make the hospital payments.

Here is Annora's story...

Her mom and dad noticed a "glow" in her left eye. Upon research they learned of this cancer. They immediately called the Casey Eye Institute. A few days later.... Cancer. This happened November 8, 2018. On Monday the 12th an extenvise eye exam was preformed. Annora had to be sedated for this 1 1/2 hour process. Her tumor covers 30% of her eye. The next day an appointment with the pediatric oncologist. Lots of questions lots of information! Can the eye be saved? Is it contained in the eye? Will she be able to see? The cancer is sitting next to the optic nerve. The doctors need to see if it has invaded the optic nerve? MRI set for Thursday the 15th. Mom and dad need to consider their options. 1) remove the eye 2) chemotherapy throughout her whole body 3) chemotherapy through her femoral artery to the back of her eye.
If the cancer is in her optic nerve she will have to do 2 chemotherapy throughout her whole body and most likely loose her eye as well.

How do parents make those life changing decisions in a weeks time?! So much information thrown at them in such a short amount of time. What is best for Annora? The MRI will help determine what is best.

Praise God! The cancer is not in her optic nerve! Mom and dad decided to try and save the eye. Chemotherapy started Friday November 16th. One week and one day after diagnosis.  They decided to do the localized Chemotherapy. Annora will have to have treatment every 4 weeks. With every treatment she will have to have a sedative eye exam to see how the tumor is reacting. And two days later the treatment , which is surgery and she will have to stay overnight in the hospital for monitoring.

Through all of this Justin (dad) has to take time off work. Ashley (mom) is pregnant with their second child (who will have to be tested for this cancer, right after birth) and is a stay at home mom. They are doing their best to stay strong and positive. With having to take time off work to make the many doctors appointments and added medical bill's. I would like to help ease their stress. The money will go to help pay the medical bill's and  compensate for loss of wages.

Anything will help. Even just 5.00. We also want to inform everyone about this cancer. If you see a whiteish glow in your child's eye or eyes have them checked immediately! Time is of the essence. If you notice in a picture red eyes of other people and a white glow in your child's eye. Take them in immediately! The saying is "know the glow"

I'll post pictures of what Mom and dad saw.
Thank you and God Bless.
