Helping Angie Fight Against Cervical Cancer.

My sister-in-law Angela Smith and Daughter of Barry and Mary Smith was recently diagnosed with Stage 3b/4 Cervical Cancer. Angie has 2 beautiful children. Jaden who is 12 years old and DeMarco who is 15 years old. Although Angie is a single parent and sole bread winner of the family, she does not let that keep her down. She is independent and her resiliency has been proven in her perseverance of wanting to give her children a better life.

Angie graduated from NICC in Iowa with a Radiology and CT degree. She continued her education in ultrasound certification at The Institute of Ultrasound in Alabama. Angie is currently working as a Ultrasound Technologist at Spearfish Regional Hospital for the last 6 years. Angie's fight begins with Chemo and Radiation treatments starting December 4th, 2017, her son’s birthday and will continue this routine every day for the next few months. Angie will have to take a lot of time off from work during these treatments.

Angie’s children are her life and she has a huge heart and is a wonderful mother. Donations would greatly be appreciated as every dollar counts.
