Help Amelia get more children swimming in Croydon

Welcome everyone,

My name is Amelia Smith and I am 11 years old. I have loved swimming and being in the pool ever since my first visit to my local leisure centre pool at the age of 6 months old.

Over time I have built up my confidence learning to swim different strokes and now swim competitively for South Croydon Swimming club.

I recently discovered that many children are unable to swim. My parents told me that the reasons why are complex and may link to affordability so I have decided to do something about it.

I have started this fundraiser to support and help more children learn how to swim. All donations will be used to fund swimmers for at least one term at my local swimming club.

My aim is to swim 100 lengths in a local pool this summer.  To support this cause I would be grateful if you could help with a donation no matter how big or small.
