Help Amber and Vince Rebuild Their Family Home

Donation protected
A normal day turned into a disaster… Amber and Vince were expecting their grandparents to visit, having been married on April 14th, just the day before. On April 15th while tending to normal day duties of laundry, cleaning, and the houses finishing renovations, they watched everything they had worked for go up in flames.

Amber Vince, Addison and Kiera along with Vince's brother, Jeremiah and his girlfriend, Maddy who moved in as they are expecting a baby boy in July were all living in this home. When they saw smoke out the window they scattered outside to evaluate what was going on and quickly fire overtook their home. They were unable to grab much from inside besides a load of laundry sitting by the door and their wallets on the table. Already many recent renovations were done inside the house, in mere minutes a fire took everything, leaving them with nothing but some tools and things in the yard. The family lost all of their possessions, and anything they had aquired for Jeremiah and Maddy's baby.

"All of us were inside just tidying up inside the house when all of a sudden smoke was billowing up from the backyard. It didn't take long until our entire well house was engulfed in flames, along with a few things surrounding it. Maddy got the kids and the dog safely to the neighbor's house. We tried our hardest to rake the fire away from the house. While we tried to get the hose going we couldn't get water, as the well house is where the fire started. We felt helpless when we had no water to slow the fire down. While we all acted quick, it happened so fast, we had no choice but to wait for the fire department to get there. They tried to save what they could but our entire house went up in flames within minutes and we lost everything. The fire department did an amazing job and was able to keep the fire from spreading to the neighbor's homes or through the forest.

Any help is appreciated and a blessing. The money donated will go towards bulldozing the ruins and reconstructing a roof over our heads or bringing in a trailer/camper to live in in the meantime. The electrical will all need to be redone and the well is going to need to be fixed. As of right now, it is believed by the fire dept that the electrical in the well house started the fire when it kicked on."

If you cannot help monetarily, the family is accepting building materials, any donation of time to the building process, and newborn baby supplies. When they get something built, they will be very happy to accept houseware to make the house a home again. For now the family is taking it one step at a time by needing to get something put up for them to live in which as we all know, takes money. Thankfully a neighbor is letting them live in his home so they can continue to work while the kids go to school to give them some temporary stability so they can rebuild their life in the meantime.
