Help Althea compete in Fitness Physique

Hi there I’m Althea mother of 8 and I’ve been competing since 2013. Having recently moved home and stopped competing as a result of the pandemic I’ve now decided to re-enter a competition in Nov 2021. It’s been a journey starting all over again but hopefully with your support I’ll be able to get there. I’ve challenged myself to compete again not only for me but for other mothers and those looking for motivation and encouragement. There are times when I thought I wouldn’t make it and it’s been difficult but with hard work and determination I know I’ll get there. I’m a firm believer in that life is not just about words but actions and this journey I am on is for my family and anyone who thought they couldn’t achieve fitness.
