Help Alnwick town Juniors repair their clubhouse

Donation protected
As many of you are aware our wonderful clubhouse based at Alnwick Town Juniors was severely damaged during the storm a couple of weeks ago.
There is a substantial amount of damage to the roof, walls and items inside the clubhouse.
Hundreds of children of all ages use this facility along with the 3G pitches for training sessions and matches. Duchess High School also use the site for PE and after school football training for their school teams.
The 3G pitches and clubhouse are relatively new and is a huge asset to the area.
Repairs are costly and as a registered charity ATJs are relying on some kind donations.
Please help us to repair the damage and get our kids back playing the sport they enjoy.
Thank you.

The recently built clubhouse suffered extensive damage as the entire sheet metal roof was ripped off and sent crashing through the perimeter fence of the all-weather pitch. With the entire building being exposed to the elements, there is now water damage throughout meaning the whole building needs to be stripped back to the timber frame and refitted out, including flooring, fixtures and fittings. Repairs are estimated to be between £150k to £250k.
The impact on the club has been devastating from a financial point of view as the club had a regular income from both hiring the pitch, and from selling food and drink from the clubhouse, as well as running functions in which there were several in December alone which would have generated much-needed funds. The lack of use of the pitch has been difficult for the 25+ local teams that use it as they've had to reverse fixtures and travel more to games, and have had to find alternative places to train which have been hard to come by.

The club is so important to the community as the facility allows 25+ teams from ages 6 to over 35 to partake in sporting activities on a weekly basis at affordable prices, even allowing kids from families suffering financial hardship to play football for free. The local high school use the facility for PE and there's amateur 5 a side leagues too, so we estiae that over 1000 people a week use the facility.

We have a real need short term to generate income so that we can hire a generator and toilets so that the pitch can be used after the recent cleanup operation that local volunteers helped with. The building will take several months to rebuild, but the pitch can be used from January if we can switch on the floodlights and provide adequate facilities.
