Allison Needs Your Help!

This is Allison, one of my oldest and dearest friends. Allison has been struggling for a very long time with a terrible illness called Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. (PPMS) MS and PPMS are neurological conditions that affect so much of the body. Some of the symptoms (to name a very few) are trouble walking, muscle weakness, balance difficulties, dizziness, and depression. Because of these symptoms and many others associated with the disease, she is no longer able to work. Allison has undergone many treatments to help with the symptoms such as pills and infusion  therapy treatments, all the while paying for these things out of her own pocket because she had no insurance after her Cobra insurance ran out a few years ago. The thing is, none of these treatments seem to be helping. In fact, she is getting worse.  While fighting to find a diagnosis, she was also dealing with an abusive relationship that left her helpless and broke. Allison has paid over $200,000 in medical bills alone, and still has $50,000 in medical debt. The reason for this GoFundMe page is to help Allison with a treatment that has helped save many people's lives, and carries a 78% success rate. I know this is a very large amount, but I know that through prayers and giving from the heart, we can make a difference in Allison's life. I know that we can make this happen for her!
