Help Aliyah Study At Berklee Valencia!

Hi everyone! I'm so excited to share that I've been accepted to Berklee College of Music's campus in Valencia Spain to study Contemporary Performance with a concentration in Music Production starting this fall! I will be the first student with French horn as a principal instrument to ever complete this major :) Berklee has been my dream school for at least 5 years and it still feels so surreal that I finally have the opportunity to study in such a beautiful environment with some of the best musicians in the business.

Studying at Berklee will help me achieve my dream of being a freelance performer on Broadway, in film and television studios, and touring with different artists (Beyonce, I'm waiting for you). I'll also be able to spend more time developing my composition, arranging, and orchestration skills while working alongside other students for a hands-on collaborative music industry experience.

I've already started the process of securing my student visa to study abroad for an entire year and have been saving and applying to scholarships to help me cover all the costs of moving and living internationally. As you may have guessed, these fees add up REALLY quickly and I need your help in taking this next step on my career journey! I'll be working throughout the summer and putting money away, but will still need help to make sure everything is paid for.

I'm requesting $10,000 for:

-instrument upgrade ($5,000)

-required technology and software ($2,000)

-travel and living expenses ($3,000)

P.S. Here is a project I released recently that I am very proud of! I went through the process of transcribing/orchestrating, performing in, and audio engineering for this piece, and I think it's some of the best work I've ever produced. I hope you like it!
