Help Alan get his Visa to Visit the US

Alan, who currently resides in Mexico, wants to apply for his Visa to the US to visit the US, but it costs $160 (plus fees) to go before the consulate. $100 (plus fees) to apply for a Visa he can use for the next 6 years, in addition to the cost of the passport.
