I am Charles, a natural science student from Chaudière-Appalaches in Canada. I'm on their behalf because they can't start a fundraiser in Africa. I am raising funds to help Kakebezi Jasenta, a transgender person in Africa. I'm in communication with them for at least one month now.

I'm creating this fundraiser to help raising money for Kakebezi Jasenta for their immigration in Canada and have money to buy things that are an absolute necessary such as a bags, shoes, winter boots, clothes, food, shelter and especially winter gears.

They will arrive during the month of November so the cold will be there they will absolutely need winter gears which is vital to survive. The money collected will be sent to them by Paypal so they can prepare a before arriving.

To tell the story : I was contacted by them on the 14th of August in need of resources but their story is before we have started communicating.

"Life in a refugee camp has never been easy. Every day, has been a struggle filled with rejection, discrimination and suffering. Yet even in this pain they have held onto hope for a better tomorrow.

Recently, I had my interview for immigrating and have been told to get ready for the next step. Some of us, including myself, have been given the chance to finally leave the camp and move to Canada. This is a dream we have waited for through so many sleepless nights, hardships and tears. Sadly, not all of us are leaving yet, and that makes this moment both joyful and heavy for our community.

But we now face another challenge. We do not have the money to buy the basic things we need before traveling such as clothes, shoes, bags and other materials that will help us start this new chapter of our live with dignity.
