Help a Start Up Diabetic Beverage Company

My name is Ernest. In 2012, I was diagnosed a type 2 diabetic back in 2012. Since that time, I noticed that there are no beverages formulated just for diabetics. In 2023, as a chef, I decided to create a beverage for pre-diabetics as well as full blown type diabetics.

It has become a dream and a goal to create this beverage. So far, I have registered a company call Optimum Health Food $ Beverage Services. I have purchased office equipment and even attended a 7 seminar on how the industry works. I have formulated the beverage in 3 flavors and had them tasted. People love the taste and the health benefits it offers for example reducing blood sugar levels while allowing the user to achieve optimum health but my excitement came to an end. I found that it is not easy to get a business loan. It has been several months and no results. I need to make this beverage a reality for diabetic and everyone.

My only option at this point is to turn to you. Here is why. I have a beverage formulating company and co-parkers ready to get started. I even spoke with Choice Market, a local super market, and they tell me that they need a finish product to taste before selling it in their super markets.

The problem that I am having is a start up cost in the amount of $100,00 which I have reduced down to $75K by cutting out lawyers and trademark

fees.

I have tried but can’t seem to get the banks to give me a loan mainly because after I get paid at work, by the time I pay rent and other bills, I don’t have the $1200 to repay the bank each month. I am turning to the public to help.

Beverage formulation: 8-10 thousand dollars

Co-packers: $10,000

Label design : $1,000

$5,000 for shipping to stores

$6,000 plus 65 cents for each bottle to stick the label on to the bottle and extend the shelve life of the product using High Pressure Processing

$20,000 for TV, and influencer ads

$10,000 for bottles purchase

$15,000 for purchasing raw material to formulate the product and other miscellaneous costs.
