Help a queer poc artist finish their degree

Hi! My name is Sara Roudbari (they/them) and i am a queer middle-eastern artist in the UK. When I was 17, I worked so hard and saved up and my mom helped by selling the only land she inherited so that I can move to the UK on my own because as a queer artist I knew I had no future in my home country and even coming out would be very risky due to the laws against LGBTQ+ folks.

I came here with a passion and hope for my future but unfortunately shortly after I moved to the UK, due to COVID-19 and other reasons, the economy of my homecountry crashed and the currency value dropped by about 800% !! and all of a sudden I could not afford to continue my degree anymore.

As an international student in the UK with very limited allowance to work or have any sort of help, all I could do was hope that situation would get more stable in my country and for my parents jobs. But it didn't.

I had to take a year out of university this year to work and earn money to be able to afford to finish my final year but even though I work full time, I'm not even close to the minimum amount I need to cover my fees. Unfortunately, international university fees are extremely high (£14750/year for my course tuition fees only!) and I am not eligible for student finance or any other loans due to the fact that I'm not British. My parents, my partner and I tried every way possible to raise the funds and this is our last hope.
