Help Angelique finish yoga school!

Hi I'm Angelique, a queer PoC based in Seattle who is closing in on my dream of becoming a yoga teacher. I'm nearly finished with my 200 HR training, but to be certified, I have one last hurtle to clear and I need your help! 
The last two years of my life have been very difficult both financially and emotionally. I lost nearly everything that gave me any sense of stability, including my job and home of four years. My yoga practice kept me going, gave me safe space to heal, made me feel like I had a sense of purpose. That experience helped me to realize what a powerful tool yoga can be, but I also saw how few people like me had access to it. This inspired me to work as diligently as I could to become a teacher, to offer representation and access to other marginalized people. I want to create space for those of us who could use the healing and empowerment that yoga can offer the most, but have the least resources to get there. I'm brown and I'm queer and I want to disrupt the image of yoga being only for the privileged few!
While I have regained some solidity under my feet in the past few months,  I am still struggling financially and I'm humbled in asking my community for support. 
To achieve my certification, I am required to attend a week long retreat at Breitenbush in Detroit, OR in the first week of April. On top of the tuition that I have already been paying for the first part of the program, the retreat and lodging, plus taking a week away from work are another significant financial burden.  The amount that I hope to raise, would cover those costs and allow me to attend, anything above and beyond would go towards a business license, liability insurance and reinvestment in the communities that have supported me along this path.
