Help a German retired couple after severe flood

Hi,

My name is Gerd and I am fundraising for a German retired couple named Sigrid and Wolfgang severely affected by the recent flash flood in Germany to which my sister in law made me aware yesterday as she lives in Germany in the city of Cologne.

Sigrid and Wolfgang have lost everything from furniture to clothing and live on a very small monthly pension.

I am hoping to raise enough money to provide them with at least a minimum of living comfort after this disaster that hit so many people.

Family and friends are helping and hopefully this fundraiser help with costs for cleaning, a place to sleep, furniture, a kitchen to cook in.

Even a small sum will go a long way helping them both back on their feet.
