Help a Father Get to His Son

My son is currently living with his mother. The courts have granted me full custody but there is one problem. He is in his Senior year of HS in Michigan, but I live in Iowa. He's had to sleep in his car at times, there is no food in the house quite often, and this is no way for a son to have to live while he is in HS. 

I need to get to my son, and get a place for us to live. I am currently working on employment which I should have very soon, but I will not have enough funds to move there and rent an apartment.

All I ask for is help for me to get my son and provide a stable environment for him to live until he graduates at the end of the year.

The money will cover 1st months rent with security deposit and moving expenses, ie... fuel, food, incidentals.
