Help a Disabled Vietnam Vet Fulfill a Dream

Tax deductible
Nick Haupricht is a Marine & Vietnam veteran who has a dream of finishing a memorial to all those killed in action from Lucas County.  When I met Nick he was selling $5.00 wooden nickels to raise money for the Veterans Memorial Pathway. Nick is roughly $116,500 away from his goal.  Unfortunately, Nick's health has been deteriorating and he has found himself disabled and not able to move around as easily as he once did.  A local news station came and interviewed him and he said he would love to have "new blood" help him out, especially with computers.  I reached out to Nick and volunteered to help him raise money for the memorial.

Nick has a 501c called Remembrance, Inc. that he setup to raise money to refurbish war memorials.  Nick hosts Medal of Honor dinners to raise money as well as selling wooden nickels, pins and other military memorabilia.  I am hoping we can harness the power of social media to see if we can get 25,000 patriots to donate $5.00 towards this goal.
