Help a Brother, Walk Again
Helping my little brother walk again!
We’re raising funds to buy a exoskeleton suit for my brother who has been bed bound for nearly 20 years.
This would help him to walk again.
My younger brother is an inspiration to everyone who knows him. He has not been able to walk for the past 20 years. He is 44 years old and suffers from Muscular Dystrophy, which a muscle disorder that causes progressive weakness and breakdown of skeletal muscles.

Despite having major mobility and health issues he is always actively involved in many charities. He is always making time to help people less fortunate. Kamran is a positive, happy go lucky individual who believes in counting his blessings and never lets his disability hold him back.
Kamran has helped set up a madrasah (Iqra Education), a charity to help needy people in the Uk and abroad (Meem Madaat) and is a member of the Deepdale Community Association.

Every time I see him laying on his bed, trying to move or trying to do any of the day to day activities, it just breaks my heart. A person who gives so much to everyone but yet is so helpless.
SO I decided, enough is enough, let’s use the latest technology and get him mobile. If a man can get to the moon...this should be a walk in the park. We came across this company: https://www.suitx.com/phoenix-medical-exoskeleton

The suit costs £30,000, I know there are so many projects that need money, but this is a life changing cause for an individual who is so selfless.
I am asking people to help me do something very special for my brother. I would, as like many others who know and love him, see him up and walking and being able to do day to day things which we all take for granted.
