Hello friends and family -
It is with great sadness that my Dad in the Philippines was rushed to the hospital due to sudden heart failure. We are told that he will need to be transferred to a higher level hospital that has ICU and will likely need Angioplasty, and possibly open heart surgery.
Update today on June 7, 2019
The Cardiologist saw my Dad last night and said his condition is in dire emergency. He has done everything for him and his condition has not improved and will decline. He suggested transferring him this morning to have the procedure done before his heart gives up. Uncle Ruel says that he’s having a really hard time.

My dad has a very loving and supportive wife, and together, they welcome their home to friends and families alike. My dad has instilled in his children the importance of family and caring for others. They selflessly devote their time to shelters in their provinces and attend church.
My dad has also dedicated a large portion of his life to teaching students around many different schools worldwide and has served in the military.
We have set up this GoFundMe account in hopes that as a unit, we can pull enough sources to get my dad the care he needs.
